In hockey, there is no time to waste. If you miss a pass, you have to shake it off. If you score a goal, or make a great save, you can't take it for granted. Every shift is a gift. The same is true in life. Make the most of your opportunities, and work through the challenges.
With so many seasons, and lives, disrupted by COVID-19, it's more important than ever to remember that "Every Shift is a Gift."
My name is Will Rosen. I started Every Shift Hockey to share this message, sell some cool hockey gear, and help those who are less fortunate. When I was growing up playing youth hockey, my mom would remind me before every game that “Every Shift is a Gift.” It’s an important lesson that I carry with me in hockey, and in life. That's the mission of Every Shift Hockey, where all profits go to charity.

Will Rosen brings his “every shift” mentality to hockey coaching as well. He has volunteered through the Team Maryland organization and currently offers lessons through ProMotion hockey during the summer months and other breaks from college.
